Journals that have been cited frequently often have a high impact factor.
Depending on your subject area, you may try searching for a journal name to find its Eigenfactor score (for journals within the Sciences subject area).
You can also try browsing by subject area in Google Scholar to get a journal's "h5 index," which tells you how many times the journal has been cited.
Once you have chosen a journal you want to look at, you can search for the journal by title in your library search.
